What to expect
Fafleralp offers us a stunning natural setting between mountains, close to glaciers and small lakes of clear cold water.

overnight Stay
Please book the lodging and board at the Hotel Fafleralp directly at Hotel Fafleralp. Do mention that you will participate in the Wim Hof Course. The terms and conditions of the Hotel Fafleralp apply. Book it in time, especially if you are interested in sleeping in a single room. The seminary is held at the Langgletscher building, just a 3 min walk below Hotel Fafleralp. There are rooms and beds in dormitories available also at the Langgletscher building. Accommodation and meals start at around CHF 160/night in a dormitory. This includes breakfast buffet (Sat/Sun), light lunch (Sat/Sun), 4-course dinner (Fr/Sat) and non-alcoholic drinks during meals. Ask the Hotel for their availabilities.
Getting There & back
Public transport stops at Blatten (Lötschen) Langgletscher. A two hour ride from Berne and approx. three hours from Zürich, Geneva or Milano. You can also reach Fafleralp by car, where you a parking lot at the end of the road and a limited number of free parking possibilities near the Hotel.

The Wim Hof method can be practiced safely. However, you must be healthy and familiar with the safety rules in order to participate. Please read the document below, sign it and make sure we receive it before the beginning of the course. I.e. you may give it to us on site or send it in advance - e.g. take a picture and send it via WhatsApp or SMS.
payment
The price for the workshop is CHF 369. Please pay 30 days before the workshop. If you pay 6 weeks in advance, you can benefit from the early bird rate and pay CHF 329. Please read the cancellation conditions below.

Cancellation conditions
For cancellations up to…
…45 days before the workshop
a handling fee of CHF 30 will be charged.
…20 days before, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
After this date you will no longer be entitled to a refund and the whole amount is due. You can apply for a voucher of CHF 279, valid for a future workshop of jala coaching. If you want to assign your place to another person, you can do so at any time at no cost.
If the course is cancelled by the organizer, your entire payment will be refunded. In this case, there is no right to a refund of travel ticket costs or similar, except for the Hotel cancellation fee.
