WIM HOF WORKSHOPS

You will gain a theoretical insight into the processes that take place in our body during the application of the method. During the workshops you also have the opportunity to take a bath in cold water and feel how your mental focus and breathing change your sensations. Wim Hof 7-week courses enable you to learn the Wim Hof method step by step and integrate it into your everyday life. In seven weeks you build up the necessary physical and mental abilities and can quickly benefit from the positive effect. We meet once a week for breathing, cold exposure and meditation.
